Doug’s leadership blends technical expertise with strategic insight, enabling organizations to bridge the gap between compliance obligations and practical IT solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and the occasional board game.

Eric Atlas is a Principal of Midtown Technology Group. Eric has more than two decades of experience providing outsourced IT solutions to clients in the financial services, healthcare, legal, and construction industries. A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Eric started his career as an application developer and database admin. These days Eric spends much more of his time doing reporting and financial analysis and manages Midtown’s accounting and human resources functions. Outside of work, Eric is an avid fly fisherman, cyclist, road and trail runner, and recently completed the Silver Rush 50-mile Run in Leadville, Colorado.

With a career spanning the IT and dental industries since 2002, Michael brings a rare combination of technical expertise, industry insight, and business acumen to every client relationship. As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he is known for his discipline, leadership, and commitment to excellence. Michael has a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving dental technology landscape—from practice management software and clinical systems to compliance, security, and emerging innovations reshaping modern dentistry. He advises startups, growing practices, and DSOs, helping them leverage technology to improve patient experience, efficiency, and operational success. He is passionate about supporting a challenging and highly specialized healthcare sector and advocates for strategic, future-ready IT in dentistry. Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, giving back through volunteer work and spending time outdoors. An avid skydiver and traveler, he brings a spirit of adventure and curiosity to both his personal and professional life.
